Shipping and Returns

Shipping Information

The dispatch is carried out by the Österreichische Post AG. With the standard shipping option, delivery takes place according to regular delivery conditions in case no other options (e.x. express shipping) have been selected. 

Delivery time within Austria is 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch. When shipping outside of Austria, delivery times and shipping costs may vary. 

 

Returns and exchanges

The goods are returned by post within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In the event of a return or exchange, we ask you to fill out the cancellation form or to contact our customer service. After successful return to us, we will reimburse you the purchase price via the payment details you provided within 14 days. 

In the case of opened or damaged goods, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase price.

Lieferbedingungen

Der Versand erfolgt durch die Österreichische Post AG. Als Standard Versandoption erfolgt die Lieferung nach regulären Lieferbedingungen, sofern keine weiteren Optionen (bsp. Expressversand) gewählt wurden. 

Die Lieferung innerhalb Österreichs beträgt ab Versandzeitpunkt 1-3 Werktage. Bei Versand außerhalb Österreichs können Lieferdauer und Versandkosten abweichen.  

 

Rückgabe und Umtausch

Die Rücksendung der Ware erfolgt über den Postweg binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware. Im Fall von Rückgabe oder Umtausch bitten wir Sie, das Widerrufsformular auszufüllen oder sich bei unserem Kundenservice zu melden. Nach erfolgreicher Rücksendung an uns erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis über die von Ihnen angegebene Zahlungsverbindung binnen 14 Tagen zurück.  

Im Fall von geöffneter oder beschädigter Ware können wir diese leider nicht zurücknehmen und den Kaufpreis nicht rückerstatten.
